Take One College As part of this year's festivalWe will be exhibiting artwork created by Year Two Primary ITT Art Students as part of their assessment. The theme was “Take One College” and the work is made from a range of mark-making materials, printmaking and collage. The Students were asked to focus on aspects of college life and the environment, and to demonstrate a progression of art skillsThe SMarts workshop will use the exhibition as inspirations for a collaborating mark-making activity, encouraging people of all ages, to ‘make their mark’ and contribute to a mixed-media banner on the theme of, ‘This Environment’. As well as Media students, many staff in the department are accomplished photographers. The SMarts Festival is the ideal event to demonstrate these considerable talents; so we're bringing both elements together in a single display of work. |
